Several days ago, someone made a comparison to
Ralph Bakshi’s “Wizards”. That’s what the ‘topsiders’
reminded me of, anyway….Are there any strips before 1-17,
or is that where this story starts?
Aaron, you make it very hard to make silly jokes here.
One thing I’ve noticed is there doesn’t seem to be any feral animals around. Did they all die, or are there mutant animals, too? Apparently plants mutated, unless the mutant tree in the Modern Times strip was once human, too.
Aaron - Now that I go back and look at the picture of Gustine’s footprints I feel stupid for asking. It’s very obvious. Please forgive me for not seeing it the first time.
Harmgb - just click the Navigation arrow above and to the right of today’s strip. The double arrow will take you to 1/19/2009. Then you can catch up on the strip from the beginning. Get ready for a grand experience. I just finished reading the entire archive and I will tell you that this is an awesome story.
Yeah, hard to make silly jokes, but at least there’s not 50 “good morning X!!!” posts where the same people go to comic after comic posting the same stupid thing leaving little room for discussion about the comic…
Aaron, will we get an explanation about from where the mutts came?
@harmgb: The GoComics Endtown archives go back to January 2009, but this particular story began on the 17th and has been written to stand on its own as an intro to the strip.
@Coyoty: Yeah.. But I’m not about to stop anyone from trying. Re: the animals, there is a story behind that. I’ll get around to it in time.
@davidf42: You are absolved, my son. :-) And thanks again for the kind words..

How come the comics of Endtown Black and white not colored?

Good morning to you too, MrGromit.

@Manuel Lim: Time and money. I can’t afford an assistant to color these and black and white is all I can achieve on my own time.
