Well, the person’s without Mallard’s glasses And goes more for trenchcoat than suits Is that “scarf” out in front? Or a lass’s Flying hair? And those boot-toes are beauts! =|====/ Level Head Vote for Endtown 2.0 And for Doc Rat, too The Endtown Forum And don’t forget to nominate both For Ursa Major awards!
I really like the way Linda fits right in. She doesn’t sit aside waiting to see what the action is. And where is Flask ? AT the back. Let others get smashed if that is the next action/reaction of this wonderful tale. Our host appears to be human??? I , with all others, must wait to tomorow.Blessed BE.
Hey, everybody. I just discovered a new comic strip! It’s called Lost Side of Suburbia. It’s actually been around a while, but it’s new to me. Check it out! It’s as awesome as Endtown!
Look, clouds!Clouds mean possible rain. Rain means renewal for the earth. The potted palm may be foreshadowing that we may see an oasis in the desolation and hope for the recovery of the planet.
We know that Aaron does not do things for nothing. Notice: since being divested of as leader, we have not seen Flask’s face. I bet it’s of some importance.
And now a mysterious stranger seemingly outside with… clouds? We have never seen clouds before. IS this the outside? Who knows? Aaargh, suspense!! (And is tomorrow’s leap year day actually significant? Did Aaron calculate things to make a giant once-in-four-years pun?)
I think I see what Flask is doing…She’s letting the little ones have their way for now. But sure enough, if things start to get out of hand, she will use the opportunity to make herself the heroine and get the troops back in line. For now, it’s all wait and see…
Seems to be a person of great skill, confidence and lack of fear to be standing on the railing like that. Or maybe he (she?) knows the dittos won’t let anything happen to him (her?).
What the dittoes did to Sparkplug certainly shows that some sort of intelligence guides them. Reading his mind and then forcing him to relive those memories was not the work of a “hive” mentality. These things weren’t just trying to “protect the nest”, they were playing mental warfare.
I’m starting to think the dittoes may well be highly intelligent. Their reaction to Al & Gustine may have been an attempt at keeping them away from Sparkplug for their own good (he was, after all, quite dangerous). And they may have been torturing Sparky with his own memories in an attempt to shake him out of his insanity by reminding him that it wasn’t all his fault, and that he tried to prevent it all in the end.
I still think he survived that fall, and I still think something in him changed when he went from trying to kill Gustine to trying to save her, and apologizing for what he had done. And I still think that’s him (or an agent working on his behalf) standing on that railing…

I hope he won’t jump… that would mean that once your on the ship you can never leave!

That person could very well be a construct made by the dittos. Like the kind Sparkplug used to see before Al and Gustine showed up.
Unlike those, though, instead of trying to bring Sparkplug to madness this one might be meant to get a way to communicate with the group here.

Love the details like a keyhole cover on the outside of the door where it is exposed to weather.
