Have we investigated arts and crafts. Painting is good for the nerves and brightens up your rooms. Singing is fine. Do we have a choir or a band.. Aside from being a mother we don’t know anything that she could do. I see Holly’s thoughts. She watches the people go by, visit with each other, she will watch the good and the bad. How people interact. She is here for life. Or death. So she should know all she can about the town and what they DO. I still think adopting an orphan.Blessed Be

This may not be a Holly backstory. It might just be a reason Holly brought her here and simply a Linda getting well story, Though a Holly backstory WOULD be most welcome.
True enough and I agree with you thoroughly. Just sayin’, a Holly backstory would be great at some point. I’m enjoying this storyline, so Holly can wait.
Well he did BADGER Holly into helping Linda. Wonder how he gets along with anthro Dachshunds. (Dachshunds were originally bread to dig badgers out of their holes)
Everyone who loves Aaron’s art and complex stories might appreciate a new comic here on GoComics called Oyster War by Ben Towle.Set during the Maryland / Virginia fishing wars at the end of the nineteenth century century and with a great 1920’s style of comic art. Looks promising.I now return you to your regularly scheduled program.
Holly wants to make a difference. Does Linda want to change? Is what she sees going to get her to think and possibly change?I can’t wait to see what she and Holly sees. (Maybe by Friday)

Holly is a kind, considerate soul. She won’t let Linda jump. Because that would increase the work-load of whoever has to clean up the mess.

A place to sit in quiet solitude and see the world through Heaven’s eyes. I can see a little of myself in Holly and a lot more in Wally.

Holly’s back story! Cool. They were knocking @ 1:35 and now it is (I presume) 2:20 so that must be quite a climb.

In the background, poor Ensign Wilhelm falls over the clock tower railing.

Hooray, new character! So cute, too. And a scottish accent?

He looks a bit sad, though.Hey, Angus, why the long face? ;-)

Angus? Angus!! He-e-e-y, he should be wearin’ a schoolboy outfit. And he should be a wallaroo, he does look a little thunderstruck though.

When you don’t have a mountain to climb up and think about things. High places will work for reflections.

Interesting choice, a spiral staircase in a square tower – less steps I guess, easier on the feet.

Linda saw the trip in the elevator as a descent into Hell. When you rise above everything else, it can look like Heaven instead.
witchspell63 almost 12 years ago
Personally, im not for over analyzing. But Linda is just simply depressed and as Doc said…she needs friends. Even as unlikely as Holly.
