So, this ship is being powered by the emotion generated by the nightmares of people who are trapped in horror shows until their bodies die. Well, I guess at least it’s… greenhouse friendly.

I wonder why the computer chose to take the low road. Are the most painful of human emotions just provide that much more energy or is it just sadistic?

Well, so much for my theory last time that This Lyn was going to be nice to Holly…

Once Holly is inside Wally’s friendly ditto shell will the ditto powered computer have to power down, or are there other live victims on board?

What if there was no mutating virus, perhaps this is a computer ‘dream’ inside another dream. The computer made everyone think there’s a mutating virus.or they’re all covered in dittos that make them look mutated.The possibilities are endless

Then we must ask how are those people being mutated. Remember the tentacled thing was a little girl and was shot?

Where did she get the shoes? This is only minutes after the mutation.But then, why doesn’t she still have the blood stains?In this present,, presentation, it looks like Lyn is doing what the monsters do, as in chasing her.So this is when the 2 realities split off from what happened-How Holly and Doc get to Endtown, and- what happened after Holly walked through the door.

I just answered my own questions about the shoes and the blood stains.. This has been a long slow trip and I hope that it had it’s purpose to heal Hollie’s memories, its time to have our sane mouse back.

you mix and match emotions for maximum output. Happy sad excited terrified – the relief of the from the bad makes the good that much stronger.

By the way, I’m taking this as the first reappearance of Contemporary Holly, as opposed to Flashback Holly, since she dived into the ditto illusion all those months (for us) ago…

In Wally’s movie, Lyn saw Holly, freaked, and tried to run away from her, only to get enmeshed with the BuddiBombs when he got to the fence outside. That is, Lyn feared mutant Holly. Which version of events is the real one?

Something tells me Wally won’t have a lot of trouble convincing Holly to join him and the crew. The problem is, once they leave the Fitz, they still have to deal with the fact that they have no food or water.

How is it Wally can control this bubble dittos?

Well that answers the questions, definitely best to pull her out of the illusion.

I’m inclined to take anything the ship’s computer said with a grain of salt. It is mining for emotions that it can feed on to charge its batteries. Thus, it is likely to say or do anything that will provoke the appropriate response. Thus, Holly’s backstory may not be totally accurate, the Lucranians may or may not have a rule against salvaging in inhabited realities and there may or may not be a mutagenic virus. Remember what C-3PO said about trusting strange computers?

Of all the things the computer said, the notion that there is no virus and that the work crew that built the ship worked without protection and left this reality unchanged is the most suspicious. It flies in the face of the numerous times we’ve seen TS with punctured suits mutate. Remember Flask’s escape?
