So, it really is “white hole”, throwing out matter from somewhere else… however, that shot from last episode made it look like the stuff was coming down all around them, so there may not be anywhere to run.
It’s a goal, and Wally’s the goalie. But which ball? There are so many. But any ball is as good as another, leading to a different game. One game is as good as another, but this is our team and we know they’ll give us a great one.
The second panel appears to be from the viewpoint of someone spotting them, suggesting that someone will try to capture them or get to know them better. If it’s a Lucranian, they may think a bunch of people appearing from a hole in the ground would have some inside information.
If I’m oriented correctly, then they’ve just popped out of the same hole that Chic used with Duffy; and that’s the same hole that Wally and group used to leave Eden. The “beach” was the thin dimension spot where Duffy and cohorts threw paint on the invisible Topsider (Amesworth); and where Wally and group met Amesworth and started their dimensional odyssey. The beach was probably on the same ocean that was showing those giant geyser/waterspout things that Kirbee, Chic and Irving saw through the window of their apartment before they were carried off by the Marx family. I’m curious what we’ll see from the beach. And, also curious about what else is going to happen, of course—such as if Kirbee, Chic and Irving are ok. One step at a time. :-)
I have been following this comic for many years. If Aaron’s health is becoming more of a concern, maybe he could work on compiling more of the trade paperbacks and bring them up to date. Vol. 4 stops a few (4-5) years back. This is such a great comic and I want it to continue to its conclusion, not get stuck in the GO Comics netherlands.
Some may be wondering why the final SNAP! never occurred. It’s simple the level of the soil in places continues to rise due to the action of earthworms churning it. A slow process. That means Eden has been there a long time.

Just keep going Duffy. One goal at a time and just keep moving forward!

But in the Endtown universe, “Eye on the ball” is not necessarily a good thing…
And then, too, being “On the Beach” at world’s end is not such a good thing either…

Nice to see that Wally apparently was shoving everybody else out of the hole before he climbed out.

Smart Wally, Odds are good, but not best that the beach will be clear, just watch out for that pier!
Except for boats and the odd Ship or plane, it ought to be a safer place, statistically, speaking.

i once had a coach tell me to keep my eye on the ball. The resulting impact gave me a massive shiner.

The answer to “is it all going up into the White Hole; or blasting out of it?” is not very comforting. “RUN!” was the operative word from Marx….

Eye on the ball would seem a poor choice of words, but I guess they get the idea ;)

Is that Sam “Sparkplug” Sander’s truck in panel 3? And that could be Holly’s station wagon.

I’m seeing vehicles with their lights on. I fear that confirms there a people in them. Yanked up by the vortex and spat out here.
