The more I looked at this, the more possibilities popped up in my head.
The machine actually looks like it will work, it would be funny to see someone try it out.
Without the milk first being processed into ice cream the best he can manage to get would be buttermilk

Gee, give the guy some credit for innovation. Although his research fell a little short.
