Seriously, with burst mode, it is now possible to take enough pictures to fill up your hard drive in just a couple of vacations. Throwing out the bad photos was hard enough when we were taking them one at a time. Nobody is going to watch a “slide show” with 40,000 pictures in it. :)
At an art fair a photographic artist was asked if he had travelled to all the places he had pictures of. With a straight face he told the lady, “No, that’s too expensive. I just put the camera on a plane and tell it to have a good time.” It took a little while for it to sink in.
