    That’s an efficient restaurant! As the diner arrives, you hand him his bill. Ask “Is everything OK?” before the diner sits down. Tell him what he’s ordered—save time there! Hand him his coffee and pastry as he’s on the way back out the door. That’s a better gimmick for quick turnover in a restaurant even than the stupid “rotating floor” thing, because the “hurry-up technique” doesn’t make people sick like those rotating floors. You can even write his Yelp review FOR him, before he arrives! EFFICIENCY
