The sexist idea that women would run the world better than men reminds me of when Margaret Thatcher was fighting a war with Argentina, Golda Meir was fighting a war with the Arabs, Indira Gandhi was fighting a war with Pakistan, and the female prime minister of Iceland had her Coast Guard firing on British fishing vessels.
As a male and lover of women I’m happy to admit to female superiority in certain areas, but running governments? Feh! They are just as capable of messing things up as men. (Now THAT’S equality!)
I don’t what gender you are, neither qualifies you more than the other to run a government. This is why we need a balanced government-both female and male with diverse backgrounds.
I know I’m not the typical female, but if I want something killed around my house, I have to do it. My husband might let a bug out a window, but won’t kill it. I don’t understand it - he’s far from an animal rights person. I’m the one to kill wasps, crickets, spiders, etc.
