Too bad that no one has to demonstrate driving proficiency to renew a license. No matter what the age, there are too many drivers on the road that really shouldn’t be there.
I didn’t know that was a George Carlin quote. Pickles comic strop ripped it off too, a few years ago, with a comment about slowpokes being morons & speeders being idiots, or something like that.
