Most of my working life I had to get up at 4:30 in the morning and now I wake up around 5:30 and get up around six and it aggravates me that I can’t sleep later than that. My wife, on the other hand, sleeps about three hours longer than she used to. On the plus side, it gives me more time to drink my coffee, check my email and read the comics in peace.
I sleep until 10 or 11 am, then dress for my exercise or mowing the lawn or whatever, then eat breakfast or lunch (whichever I feel like.) After exercise, or other hard work, I shower, and dress for the rest of the day.
