You need to figure out how difficult it is to fold up & unfold, and how much space it takes when folded. I bought one with a seat, and rarely use it because it takes too much space and too long to unfold/fold.
DD sent one to my DH. It’s wonderful! Has a tricycle shape with bicycle type hand brakes. Folds up quite nicely to go in the car. He has a terribly bad back and this has made a big difference in his getting around. It’s a LUMEX brand. It has a vinyl zippered removable pouch for shopping or umbrella, etc.
