I’m in my 80s and I usually go to bed between midnight and one. And I’m up before 8. Sheesh.
Sleep requirements are such an individual thing. I am good with 6 hours or less (no, I don’t nap), mr pheets needs 10 or better.

I know what she means, 9:30 is too late for me.
I can’t even consider going to bed before 1130p. It would be a waste of time. Even so, I wake up pretty early, am generally outside walking at 7a or even earlier.
