You can try tonic water before bed for leg cramps, if I remember right. The only time I ever had muscle cramps was when a doctor gave me diuretics to supposedly “cure” my vertigo and a few months later I was 24 hours from dying from dehydration. I had muscle cramps during those months and the worst ones were in my stomach. I had no clue what was going on and any doctors I saw during those months for whatever reasons didn’t either and no one tested my electrolytes until I was in the ER. Then they kept me overnight on potassium IV. I am not in the medical field, and I didn’t know I could get dehydrated if I drank 2 gallons of water a day. I had the right idea in doubling my water intake but didn’t understand that I had an imbalance. I get it now.
