Yes, if the cold weather could just hurry up and get here and also go down south, it would protect the US from most of the new hurricanes forming.
Amazingly topical as it is 90 degrees all weekend here in Michigan.
This late surge of warm weather is not pleasant, for sure, but considering August was almost non-existent (unseasonably cool) I won’t complain. This mini-heat wave is suppose to break by Monday.
