That’s a pretty old common joke. I’m surprised to see it here, because this strip is usually so unique and off the wall.

Eddie Griffin said something very similar many years ago, claiming—-probably very accurately—-that there MUST be intelligent life outside of our universe, but they’ll never come here: They’ll take one look at us, Eddie said, and say, “They fight over black and white, we’re purple, how do you think they’re gonna treat us?” and then take off. He was as right as this F Minus installment.
