I just bought an AI whole house thermostat. It calculates the outside temperature and humidity, the time to heat or cool the house, and gets the rooms comfortable before the owner comes home, or wakes up.

Better hope the AI hasn’t been reading Machiavelli. The “engineer” comment could be a smokescreen.
