Elly: It's happened again! Every time I do the laundry, I wind up with unmatched socks!! I've decided there can be only one explanation for this phenomenon... The speed of the rotating dryer... Plus the forced, heated air, sends them into another time dimension! Somebody on this very spot in the year 2001 is going to suddenly acquire dozens of unmatched socks!! You've got to admit it's possible! Trouble with most brilliant theories is that nobody takes you seriously.
