Question for Canadian readers … is this whole college to university thing different now than when this strip was written in 1996? My daughter is in her third year at Western like Mike (we’re in the States) and to my knowledge she didn’t have to deal with anything like this (granted, getting details from her is sometimes like pulling teeth!).
