Tracey: We get so much traffic through here, and we already sell pop, coffee and sandwiches, so... Michael: Gord, when you bought this place, did you ever expect it would become such a success? Gordon: I dunno! But you don't work this hard to become a failure!

And yet about 1/2 of new businesses fail in the first 5 years, despite hard work. One has to admire the risk-taking and determination of those who give it a go.
