Michael: Mom told me that your dad was Brazilian, Lawrence... But she didn't tell me the rest of the story. Lawrence: He's my biological father. I have no "dad." Michael: It's strange that he's never contacted you. Lawrence: I've seen pictures. He's tall. Very dark. Not bad looking, I guess. Mom says I have his hair, his face, his smile. Michael: Aren't you curious? Wouldn't you LIKE to meet him? Lawrence: Yes, but what's the point? ...The things I want to ask him, he could never adequately answer.
