Deanna: Weed and Carleen are right, Michael. You don't go into partnership and buy a place just because you want to get rid of the people downstairs. Michael: I guess. It's just that I imagined the joy of showing them the bill of sale...and then, taking a jack-hammer to the basement. And, how sweet it would be to "accidentally" keep shutting off their hot water...and to refinish their flooring with a varnish that smelled like "feet". Deanna: Mmm. Michael: I guess I really do live in a fantasy world, Deanna. Deanna: Yes, you do...and I love being along for the ride!
