Phil: Yes, it's been a while - I just wish it wasn't for such a serious reason. Elly: Well, Dad's still with us - so it could have been worse! Are you and Georgia still happy in Montreal? Phil: Sure! But we miss it here. We never did get to enjoy the little house we bought! Elly: Well, you got a once-in-a-lifetime offer! Phil: opportunity came knocking on our door, alright!
