I think Ella would be quite pleased to overhear John in this conversation.

My Mother used to say, “It’s better to keep them all happy, rather than make one miserable.”

A different date every week? Sounds too complicated for me.

Wow, this guy! To anyone who is married, friends like this YOU DON"T NEED! Bad company corrupts good character. Last thing anyone needs is some nosy busy body putting stupid ideas in your head. It may seem innocent enough, but I’ve seen people’s marriages and in turn their whole lives destroyed by such unsolicited commentary from jerks who should know better than to say such things.

Did anyone read Lynn’s comments about Ted yesterday? She kept him around because she needed a “bad guy”.

Oh my god, does that guy at the right somewhat looks like the doc you see in those Abilify commercials?

Ted man, I got no problem with your attitude towards dating. More power to ya. But you have to date women who have the same attitude, instead of futzing with poor saps like Connie. It’s the difference between being a carefree, carpe diem kind of guy and being a container for a feminine hygiene product or a donkey hollowed out space in the ground.

Oh, and penicillin. Don’t forget the penicillin.

Stop hanging around Ted, John! He’s demoralizing you. You have a great wife, two nice little kids. They’re a blessing to you.

Someday, Ted will be old, alone and lonely . . . with no one to love and no one to love him . . . and wonder what happened . . . where did his life go so wrong???

How sad, pathetic and funny will that be?!?!?!
