At least your spouse is home to take care of the kids, though.

That just means there will be more for her to clean up later. Weekdays the kids would be in school.

When we were married , my wife and I made an agreement – only one of us could be sick at a time. It’s worked for almost 30 years.

Relax Honey. The house movers said they’d be really quite.

And Farly’s not choking on anything important

Weekends are the only time I CAN get sick! Thankfully our girls are older (10 and 8) and are pretty self-sufficient, and love to serve.

Little ones love to help out even when you are sick. They are a blessing.

GretchensMon very cool for St Patrick’s Day.Husband and I been married for 31 years in April 32. When husband gets sick he is down. When I get sick I rest in-between times but still have to keep going. Oh and children do grow up to be adults.

My wife and i are marry 55 years this august I got very ill so wife could only rest between when she got sickthat why will be married 55 years God willing

This is what having a family is all about. My parents fight.My great grandchildren run wild . My grandchildren ask me to babysit. Deal with it.

Uh rephrase that and say never get sick at all. Everything will fall apart.

Widowed, and sometimes I miss it a lot! Go figure.

getting sick on a weekend is wastage of precious time…
