Personally, I’ve always loved Homer Simpson’s Bear Feet slippers.

They’re about as bad as Jon Arbuckle’s bunny slippers that fell in love with each other. BTW, I’d say that they’re penguins. The feet go into what would be the white part. (MayKitten did allude to tuxes.)

I think She1943’s turkey slippers idea is a perfect one! Lynn should have done that. They look like penguins,

I had a pair of house shoes years ago shaped like dogs. And when you pinched one of their ears, they actually barked! I miss them!

-laugh at John-Most workers don’t openly laugh at their bosses (even when they think their bosses might deserve that). I think the gift was supposed to be meant to cheer him up a bit, because someone just getting out of a cast is going to be hobbling around and feeling at least some discomfort.

At least we can’t blame Elly for this one.
