Specially no manners.

At last, a REAL parent.

Brian is being just as noisy and sloppy as Mike is. It’s more ‘boys eat like slobs’ (which may not be universal, but is certainly borne out by my brothers)

I like the fact that Brian’s dad isn’t afraid of hurting Mike’s feelings. I watch adults let children get away with atrocious behavior simply because they belong to someone else. All my friends parents (and mine) didn’t care whose kid you were. If the circumstances were merited, correction was given.

@trekman. You must also be “neat freak” also. My husband, also a big Star Trek fan, is 50% like you. Eats a lot of things with a fork that I just pick up. I’m more of a “doesn’t bother me clutter” person. After 28 yrs, we compromised. I know when it’s too messy for him and he’ knows if he wants to live in Better Homes magazine he needs a new wife. I’m very clean, just like to save things. BUT I’m a killer baker and decent cook.

Lynn’s Notes:

I had fun showing a family of Japanese descent serving Tacos for dinner. This is part of the fun of living in a country where culture and cuisine are shared easily and often.

There are foods that simply make it difficult to consume with anything resembling Manners! Tacos and Corn on the Cob are good Examples!
