I have a worse problem with my 13-year-old. I asked her to make me a list of what she wants for Christmas. She put on it My Hero Academia manga and Warrior Cats special edition books…and that’s all. What’s worse is that she sent those same 2 things to my sister.
Elle may not even want to admit that Michael is ready for what he wants. Mother don’t really want their ‘little boys’ to grow up. Had a ‘devil of a time’ with mine—up until the night before my wedding ! ! ! !
One of my boys made it easy. Up until his 18th Christmas, he wanted a giant Lego ship kit which he spent all day assembling. That last year, he wanted speakers for his dorm room the next year but if I wanted to buy a Lego, that would be fine as well. Twenty years later, he buys his own Lego sets (one was a Mustang).
Everyone seems to be focusing on the girls. I looked at the crack he made in the first two panels. Had any kid of mine did that, I’d have turned them around, gone home and told them to find their own way to the mall and back. He acts as if he is a student of Jeremy’s from “Zits”.

It appears Michael would like to have a blonde and a brunette under the Christmas tree this year.

Forget it Mike. I’ve been asking Santa for one of those for over 50 years now and he’s never come through.

When teenagers get to that stage I’ve found that money is always a hit. :)

Body wash. Musk. Acne Meds. Any of the things the marketer’s claim will attract girls. I guess you could add an organ doner card now days.

How about things like movie tickets? Skating admission passes? In other words, things he can use to bribe a DATE.

Guess court took a recess, or was Elly’s punishment not such a stiff fine she can still afford to go shopping for needless things?

He could, but I don’t think you’d want to wrap them.
