Kids are cute when they are so innocently literal. Teenagers, not so much.

So cute!

I just loved it when my kids were toddlers and so totally literal, it led to some truly hysterical exchanges. Now my grandchildren are doing it.

Boy they grow up so fast !

nice to see that she is smarter than him and willing to correct him.

I feel sorry for Grandparents who live more than a mile and a quarter from their grandchildren.

April is learning quickly.

Remember the youngsters take most everything literally

The literal observations of a young child interacting with the abstract observations of age.

I love how toddlers are so literal. It’s fertile ground for a fun loving grandpa.

Soon she will come up with her own expressions that mean whatever she wants them to mean

Little Miss Literal. My sister is like that and doesn’t understand any jokes anymore.

April, you’ve got a lot to learn about the English language!!! I’m assuming this bunch doesn’t speak Canadian French???
