Your idea for a resort hotel is to have life-size robot dinosaurs out front, life-size robot dinosaurs in the pools, life-size robot dinosaursin the restaurants, and have the staff dressed up in dinosaur costumes. Mor offense, son, but did an anvil fall on your head today or something? Jason: It'd be for Las Vegas. Roger: Oh. Well, in that case... Jason: Don't forget the best part - A T. Rex in every room!

And THIS, my friends, is what is meant by saying that a person’s brain is not fully developed until about age 25. There’s ‘smart’ and there’s ‘intelligent’. But properly using those smarts and intelligence takes maturity! And that’s what Jason is lacking!
