Roger: Look what I found under the sofa. Andy: Is that a Scrabble tile? Roger: It's not just a Scrabble tile, it's the letter "R"! It's the tile I desperately needed the last time we played! If I had an "R" I could have made "quartz" on a triple word square! Having less than a full set of "R"s available totally messed me up! I would have gotten 72 points for that word! That might have turned the tide! I might have actually won the game! I could have sung my Scrabble victory song! Andy: I didn't know you had a victory song. Roger: Hmm...how'd the lyrics go? Andy: That wasn't a request. Roger: ...Oh, yes, "Ha ha ha! Ha ha haaa!" Andy: I'm thinking it's time to permanently hide ALL the tiles under the couch...

@Revisages:I think Col Mustard did it on B4 with a triple-word-score and then fled to Baltic Avenue.

I’m sure Guard Duck will find a use for them, along with the $70,000 and 30 years supply of food he has from Rat’s and Pig’s couch.

Andy, don’t tell him where you’ll hide them!

I guess I’ll throw in my single letter, single word, three points worth: It doesn’t guarantee that you’d have gotten that ‘R,’ Roger. Way back in the ‘90s I had a Scrabble game on the PC, which had pretty nice graphics. If you cared to play it that way, at least you’d have all the tiles. Then again, I suppose there’s nothing like the physical board game. I’ll admit Monopoly was dull doing it on the PC. I know: ramble ramble.

One time, I could have made the word ‘faucet’ if I had an F.

Quartz on triple word score would be 75 points, or 102 points.
