Every summer my Dad would make dandelion wine. It would be ready by the time of Christmas family dinner. Was a super hit with all.

A friend of mine’s dad used to grow muscadines and make wine from that…supposedly it was pretty good but he’d never let any of us try it…hmmmmm….

Large batches, use a wine press, small batches like this, use a potato masher.
