Roger: Bye, everyone! I'm off to work! Kids? Andy? I said I'm off to work! See you tonight! I love you!
Voice: WILL YOU SHUT UP AND LEAVE ALREADY?!
Roger: It's not my fault I have to be at a 4 A.M. conference call.
Ah yes, Roger is part of the drone society, built by the elite, for the elite. How pathetic are we to keep slaving away at the hours set down by the ‘queen bee?’
i can relate, Roger … in my previous job, I started work at 7 a.m., which meant being up at 5:30 every morning. Not a pretty sight, but somehow I survived.

I just love the sound of pots and pans at 5 AM. It sounds like revenge.

I guess Roger can’t join the conference call from home…?

How appropriate: Another classic rerun, appearing right below this one on my page, has a sleepy Hobbes shouting at Calvin today.

Not too considerate, is he? Anyone who wakes me at 5:00 a.m. deserves to be shot!

I once considered waking up to AC/DC at 5AM to catch a flight. It didn’t happen.
