How hot is 350 Kelvin compared to Fahrenheit? I know for one thing, the cookies as well as the tray will be vaporized (leaving no ash) if at 350 Kelvin.
I’m sure all of these heat-measuring systems have their uses, but for typical baking in the kitchen, I think we can limit our options to Fahrenheit or Celcius. And 350° Celciius seems a tad warm for chocolate chip cookies.
When my sister was traveling the world, she tried making cookies in Peru. Afterward, she figured out that the oven was in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. I don’t think anyone tried to eat the cookies.
I have to live using all three scales. A lot of my work is with cryogenics, always in Kelvin. My chemistry work is almost exclusively Celsius and daily life in Fahrenheit. I have to convert between the three (in my head) frequently.

350K is about 76°C or 170°F. Hot, but it’ll never cook those cookies.
And shame…Jason should know that the unit is simply kelvin, not degrees kelvin.

Of course, if ?Jason were really that smart, he’d just notice that there is a heat setting on the oven for 350 – and set it to that.

Rotate 350 degrees. Not quite a circle.
