I used to pitch batting practice. Some of those balls are still in orbit.
Even then it will only be for half an inning!
He can be a relief pitcher. Coach will use him when the team is way behind.
I think Peter would be very good as second base. Not the position, the object.
Why every third or fourth game? As starting pitcher, wouldn’t he be starting every game?
