Racial profiling

Jason did not check his own fingerprints. Rule number 1 – never put one of the suspects in charge of the investigation.

Also the evidence only proves Marcus ate an ice cream at the scene of the crime. It does not prove he committed the crime. Circumstantial evidence.

Jason is framing him because he wants to be friends with the girls.

I sense a set-up. Jason is far too happy with this.

I didn’t really think that Jason would set up his friend like this.
