Ah, yes, the time before television!

More and more, I notice I am not the target audience.

Television is a medium because anything well done is rare.

If it bleeds, it leads. Evening news is not like Cronkite anymore.

It’s almost all trash TV and gets worse every day. That’s why I don’t have cable and don’t want it.

They are clearly watching clips of a tRump rally…

This particular strip has nothing to do with television programming today. This days strip is in reference to 9/11 and the coverage that was on television. For some reason all the news channels felt it necessary to keep showing the jet crashing into the towers, over and over and over.

I remember this strip. The day the planes hit the Towers.

hmm, September 24, I don’t see a reference to the year but I can almost guarantee this is around the time when the news cycle was all about 9/11 stuff

There does seem to be far too much graphic violence.

Yeah it’s called the blissful few weeks when GBBO is back on telly.

Now it’s advertising with program interruptions…

The streaming channels mostly show boring (to me) stuff. The good thing is that there are so many choices that one can, with searching, find something interesting to watch.

Nowadays it’s “wasn’t there a time when we enjoyed going online?”

And the answer to that question is no.

Yeah when there was no gay story lines!

Don’t worry Foxes, you’re only a few years away from the Golden Age. Though it won’t last forever.

I haven’t had a TV since moving to Mexico in 2007, and I don’t miss it one little bit! I get all the bad news I “need” from the internet.
