One must ask, “Is a woman’s soul less worthy than a man’s?” Or is this a hold-over from the Old Testament that women are ritually unclean and not allowed into the inner court of the Temple.
The teaching will not change. Per Pope St. john XXIII, Blessed Paul VI, John Paul I, Pope St. John Paul II, Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI, and Pope Francis, the teaching of men alone is infallible and cannot be changed. Pretense that was set by Christ Himself. This has been finalized in Church Councils as well, especially the Second Vatican Council. So, in the spirit of Vatican II, the position of men alone is final.

No time like the present to advance equality in the Catholic church!

It will happen, some day. It’s a very old institution. It changes, but v e r y s l o w l y. Kind of like an elderly person.

The first human being God ever used to make Christ physically present was a woman.
And Mary lifted the Body of Christ every time she stood up.
