3 There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens:
2 a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot,3 a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build,4 a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance,5 a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,6 a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away,7 a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak,8 a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace.
My wife and I had the honor of hosting a full-immersion baptism in our pool for three school aged girls (long story). After the baptism, we had a Eucharist ceremony at the other end of the yard where the girls had their first communion.
My wife and I gathered up the left over consecrated bread and wine – and we had it with dinner the way it was supposed to be.
I have some issues with (the real) Francis, but I don’t have any doubt that he knows the Mass is Calvary (and the Praetorium, and the Mount, and the Manger, and the empty tomb) AS WELL AS the Upper Room. Please don’t distort that for your fictional Francis.

Our Methodist is online now, so we get our own elements at home. Graham cracker and cranberry juice.

Wine is the reason the church made Jesus stop hanging around the gang at the water cooler…

Obviously, they are (literally) dying to come back and are. And always have for twenty centuries. No marketing needed.
