I’ve been invited to an interfaith Ramadan Iftar (the evening meal which breaks the fast. We’re all supposed to bring a donation for the food bank

We have some Muslim neighbors who do “sympathy fasting” with us at Lent. We ask them, “Don’t you get enough of that at Ramadan?”

As a nurse who works with State Department sponsored refugees, my wife deals with many Muslims. She enlists the help of the imir at the Islamic Center to convince her diabetic patients that there are exceptions to strict fasting.

She also works with the local Buddhist monk to convince those diabetic patients that in their morning ritual of eating rice that it can be brown rice and that only a token amount is required.

My problem with religion is that we are never allowed to enjoy our blessings…

Her Ramadan needs to teach Hamas that hatred is against the laws of humanity!

The movie “Golda”, about Golda Meir, the only female Prime Minister of Israel is an eyeopener regarding Hamas!
