If you actually have this problem: quite possibly sleep apnea — it really messes with your waking hours. Also, you might want to get your fasting blood sugar checked out. Or maybe you just need a more comfortable bed, or a quieter bedroom. All are possibilities, and all are correctable…and for sure worth the trouble to correct.

The clock on the night stand is showing 10 o’ clock. Of course I often work 10 PM – 4 AM so I sleep all morning.
