    They’re working on it. As soon as they [RIAA snd its myrmidons] get Universal Copyright for eternity plus 3000years, they’ll get Fair Use abolished and legislation mandating implant of brain wave monitors in all oF us, &there you’ll have it….

    While I’m no fan of the RIAA, what bothers me even more is people who think it’s ok to pirate music/software/movies etc, but would never think to steal the item on physical media. I’m not sure the pirates would love it so much if someone decided that they didn’t deserve to be paid for their work. I used to work in the video game business, but thanks to pop-culture endorsed thievery I had to go into another line of work. Now if somebody tries to rip me off for my work they’ll have to do it in person, and I’ll have no problem forcing them to pay through any means necessary.

    I’m with Phatts above… These attorneys turn into politicians! And they will want to tax the songs in your head – if they can find a way.
