Why not ? Obamacare should have been a zero but they let it stand.

We REALLY should dust off the impeachment process! The founders put it in the Constitution so it could be USED, not “off the table” to use Pelosi’s words!

For example count the words concerning the President! There are more words in the Constitution describing how to select and get rid of the President than there are saying what his duties as President are!!!

You don’t promote the general welfare by running the country into bankruptcy…. which will be the result of Obumma care

The scale for the Supreme court is one to nine, not ten.

I’ve got a news bulletin for you: the mess we are in is just as much the fault of the Democrats as it is the Republicans. Or perhaps you’ve forgotten just who exactly decided that people who could not afford to buy a house still had the “right” to do so, and used every trick in the book to make certain that happened. Carter signed the legislation into law, while Clinton started enforcing it, while Frank and Dodd flatly refused to allow any oversight on either Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac and insisted that nothing bad was going to happen. So don’t give me that “Bush did this” garbage. And Obama has not done any better than Bush did, for that matter.

Seems the Chief Justice used this idea to decide Obamacare. Hopefully under a new President he will be impeached.

H.L. Mencken was right. I’m surprised at the number of people who think putting a Pagan in the White House will solve the country’s problems?

Chris Maple: Some exodus! Where would all your doctors go? Every other country in the world considers a healthy citizenry to be in the national interest – even the poorest who depend on WHO and Médicines Sans Frontièrs at least try.

The AMA spent a half million dollars every time a Canadian province adopted the Douglas plan; told them they would make a million dollars the first year in practice in the US. Only a few fools took them up on it and got into major debt doing so; the rest laughed in contempt. My Canadian doctor practiced before and after BC finally joined the rest of the country. His statement was, “I don’t think I practice medicine any differently now that I no longer worry about being paid.”

Unfortunately, they are all one side or the other of the same coin. Promise you whatever you want, as long as they get theirs first , last and in between. Representatives in Congress (and legislature) were supposed to be short term, not long term positions. And they weren’t supposed to get paid, health care and other benefits for life just because they served one, or more terms.

They just use a scale of wordy jargon instead of real numbers.
