They got their start after the movie song , Three Coins In A Fountain, and the architects thought they would be cool and a neat way to raise extra cash if they could start a wish thing trend….the playground was an afterthought…. for some reason they never let ducks in them,,,,,,,,, Ernie, if you look carefully you can also see the stairway to the stars………….
In checking Go Comics records I found one chap who has made over 75,000 (75,000) comments in the space of about 5 years. I haven’t made my first 1000 yet but I’m working on it……………… Cheers
I used to live not too far from Dixie Mall, the one partially trashed in “The Blues Brothers.” It had a decorative display on which droplets of oil flowed down wire filaments (I guess that’s the way to describe it). I practiced driving a car in the parking lot of that mall, a long time ago.
