But first we’ll have to check your DNA to be sure you really are a raindear and not a mutant moose or some-such and find out the basis for the exclusion and who specifically responsible for the decision and was it one entity or the group as a whole and if so what are the details of any election held etc………………………. and then there’s the matter of my fees- who will pay and how much………….and also did you avail yourself of any right-of-appeal and if the statute of limitations has expired……….. and did you want your complaint to cover only this Christmas or all Christmases past ……. then there’s the matter of what compensation your expect to receive if we prevail……… and we should determine all of this before this Christmas season ends so we can be sure of the relevancy of your complaint…… and how did you want to address any copyright laws or royalty payments …… (And can you come back tomorrow …… I have to go home and put up my Christmas decorations before my kids get home from school and start playing games on the roof ………) ad nauseum …………………………………..
