the way our culture is now – i don’t believe it will be long before this could happen regularly. signs will be posted everywhere:- ‘eat at your own risk’- ’ owner not responsible for actions or suggestions of employees’- ‘wait staff are independent contractors not employed by ownership’-‘wait staff suggestions are their own and not necessarily the opinions of the management or ownership of this establishment’-and the lawyers continue to advertise their services for lawsuits and giggle in their champaign with fillet mignon and lobster
