I’d hate to be the one to have to do the killing in the stockyards! I once caught chickens at a chicken ranch to load the market truck and it was bad enough catching the live chickens knowing they wouldn’t be alive tomorrow. All I kept saying to my fellow catchers, “It could be a worse job. At least we don’t have to kill them.”
