I don’t know how long it has been since it was finished, but sitting around with raw egg in it is dangerous……..for anyone!

I learned that the problem with raw cookie dough is not the egg, it’s the raw flour. No one thinks of flour as being “raw”. To make edible cookie dough, one carefully bakes the loose flour for a certain time.
