Frazz says, "True. You can dress only so light." Miss Plainwell says, "But you can always add more layers." Miss Plainwell says, "In thoery." Mr. Burke says, "hwmi fprn ikthsh?" Frazz says, "If Burke is in there, tell him you're supposed to dress for the second mile."

You can always put on another layer. There is only so much that you can take off, and still go to town…

I agree with Bill. Here in Alabama, we get a good 3 weeks of winter every year. Sometimes it even reaches freezing during that time!

I can’t recall what city it was, but John Steinbeck in TRAVELS WITH CHARLEY mentioned it as having the most perfect weather one could imagine, and he found that when people moved away from there, they usually went to Alaska.
