Frazz by Jef Mallett for October 03, 2011
Transcript:
Caulfield: I guess "tortuous" means along a twisty, turny path. Mr. Burke: Right. Not torture-filled. Caulfield: Also not a big, slow turtle. The three aren't even close! Mr. Burke: Oh, for some people on some days, they can be all too connected. Frazz: Hey, Burke! How was the vasa trail run?

Actually, all three words have the same Latin root (from the word meaning “twisted”), so they can be connected. Not like Jef Mallett to miss something like this.

I read some terms and conditions once that prohibited defamatory or tortuous content. I could have gone with that, but I decided not to.
